Modern bi-level studio on the first floor (no lift) of an ancient building in Via dellArco di San Calisto, in the heart of Trastevere, one of the most characteristic areas of Rome.

The apartment is 40 sqm and was completely renovated. On the lower level there is a living room with a wide double sofa-bed, a modern kitchen with gas fire and oven, and a bathroom with shower. On the upper level there is a double bed and a large closet.

The apartment is equipped with wi-fi, TV, dvd player, stereo, washing machine, dishwasher, air conditioning and independent heating.

It can host up to 4 people.

We LOVED our stay here! The area, Trastevere, was lively and interesting and close to many things we wanted to see. We felt like we were well situated and our little accessway was lovely. The apartment was adorable: upon seeing it my nieces exclaimed how they wished they could have such an apartment. It was not very big, but everything was so cleverly arranged - the loft, the galley kitchen, the neat, artsy stairs, voluminous cabinet storage - it felt spacious and open. Beds were comfortable, bathroom had ample counter space for toiletries, area felt safe, apartment was quiet. Alessandro was a pleasant and helpful host with a quick response when we sent messages. Any future trips to Rome will have us looking to secure this little gem for our stay.i was also pleased with the honesty, efficiency and professionalism of the Sleeping.Rome staff
