Two apartments located in the same building in the characteristic Rione Monti, an ancient neighborhood of narrow streets between the Colosseum, Piazza Venezia and the Roman Forum.
RMAP103: apartment on the ground floor, not facing the street, so very quiet, cool in summer and warm in winter. It has a living room with double sofa-bed, dining table and kitchenette with two hotplates and fridge, a double bedroom overlooking the private courtyard which is furnished with gazebo and porch swing, and a bathroom.
It is equipped with: central heating, washing machine, wi-fi, TV, DVD, microwave, iron and ironing board.
RMAP104: small apartment (25 sqm) located on the first floor and facing the courtyard. It's perfect for a couple , but with a bit of adaptability it can be comfortable also for 4 people. It consists of a small double room with small balcony, a small living room with double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower. It has LCD TV and wi-fi.
Together they can accommodate up to 8 people (4+4)
The area:
In 5-10 minutes walk you can reach Via Nazionale (famous shopping street where you can find the Exhibition Palace), the Trevi Fountain, the Spanish Steps , the Quirinale (the residence of the President of the Republic), Via del Corso (the main shopping street) and Termini central station. In no more than 15 minutes you can get to Via Veneto and the Pantheon.
The area has pleanty of typical and ethnic restaurants, bars, wine bars, night clubs and shops of all kinds. Several buses, Cavour metro stop and the proximity to Termini Station provide easy access to the city.
