Excellent location and great quality for the price. Comfortable beds, freshly baked croissants in the morning and a charming look to the building. Our host Paola was wonderful, giving us the tour of the place and lots of recommendations of things to see in the area. Highly recommended.

Location is great, very near the Vatican and the Metro. Apartment can really use updating. The first night we were there, the bathroom flooded. We informed the cleaning lady in the morning, and she called the owner. Owner knocked on our door the second night with the plumber. The air conditioner turns off whenever you open the door. This was a hassle, because we occupied adjoining rooms, and we move around between the two rooms. Whenever it turns off, someone has to get up, turn on the switch near the a/c, then use the remote again. Both the owner and the cleaning lady were very nice. But apartment is just outdated.

The apartment and location were great, and the owner Paola was lovely. The only issue was that vatican Suite & Charme is NOT the correct name, thus it was confusing to find. It is called Scipioni Suites, at the same address.

Apartamenty 33 i 34 to w zasadzie jedno mieszkanie. Jest tam wspólny korytarzyk i mały aneks kuchenny. Każda sypialnia ma swoją łazienkę. Komfortowe dla dwóch par. Lokalizacja doskonała, blisko metro, Watykan, sklepy, restauracje. Dbałość o czystość widoczna i skuteczna. Bezproblemowo opuszcza się apartament nawet o 4 rano. Właścicielka dobrze mowi po angielsku. Ciekawe jest to, że jest to jakby mieszkanie w mieszkaniu. Gdybyśmy chcieli jechać do Rzymu w grupie 8-12 osobowej, to bralibyśmy wszystkie wskazane w ofercie apartamenty od 31 do 34. Okna otwierają się na dziedziniec co ma plusy i minusy - brak widoku ale cisza. Generalnie bardzo nam sie podobało.

Me and my friends had wonderful time in this apartment!The location is great next to the metro station and the Vatican city.The neighbourhood is safe, quiet, beautiful and it has many nice restaurants and cafes nearby.The room was nicely decorated and very clean.The owner was very friendly and helpful and she gave us many extra informations. Getting to stay in an apartment in Rome made us feel like we were locals! The manager and the housekeeper of the property were both very helpful and gave us plenty of information about the area. The apartment was stocked each day (except on the holiday) with breakfast type stuff - small cookies, pastries, juice, etc. We had access to the common area 'kitchen' - there were two stoves, a kettle, and silverware. So while we didn't really utilize this, it was nice to know we could if we wanted to! The airc onditioning was truly a life saver for us! It never once failed us and kept us very comfortable when we were there! The one downside that I have to mention is the wifi. The wifi worked well - but in our room it was poor and we often had to go out in to the common hall/kitchen area to use it. Or else sit right next to the door of the room. I have a feeling that the room next to ours might have had better signal but I can't confirm that. So it was frustrating to not be able to use the wifi as much in the room but we got by just fine using it in the hall (mostly because there was no one else staying in the adjacent room most of our stay!). I did not get a chance to bring this up to the manager but I should have. There just wasn't much time between all of the site-seeing! Also there is a binder that the landlord has put together with a lot of very useful information including metric conversions, local restaurants to eat at, information about the location, emergency numbers for hospitals, etc. She also was very helpful in giving us some ideas about which sites/museums to see during our stay. The location was wonderful - we felt like the area was very safe and there were plenty of little shops and grocery stores. Even ATMs. It took us about 5-7 minutes to walk to the Vatican Museums from the apartment. We did take a taxi from the apartment to go to the Borghese Gallery where we then walked to the Spanish steps, the trevi fountain (unfortunately under restoration at the time!), and other major sites of Rome. We also could have taken the bus from there - the landlord/manager gave us very clear directions on how to use the bus system from the apartment (we just are not so use to public transport!) So overall the location was great because while we weren't in the heart of Rome, we were very close to the Vatican and in a very lovely area of town. This was one of my favorite stays in Italy because of the fact that it is an apartment. It was just very cozy and quite nice to have our own set of keys and such while staying in Rome. I would highly recommend this to anyone who isn't afraid of steering away from hotels, hostels or B&Bs. Honestly, though it did feel closer to a B&B since we knew that if we needed anything we could contact the landlord.

Very convenient location - only 2-3 min. from metro station and 5 min. from the Vatican. Quiet and calm area. excellent services - clean and cozy. Great place to relax after a long day in Rome. Very good breakfast and delivered at your convenience. Value for money very large and exceeded our expectations. Many thanks to Mrs. Paola for a very detailed explanations. We were in Rome for the first time, but after explanation Mrs. Paola - we were able to freely navigate the city. It really helped to us.

We with my friend were there 11-16 of June 2013. Wonderfull room with charming smell of bakery in the morning. Nice, clean and cosy place, very convinient situated right near the Vatican. Mrs Paola is a great host, she told us about the most interesting places to see in Rome, how to get there by transport, adviced great pizzeria nearby. Show us how to prepare real italian coffee in kitchen corner we have ( joint with room RMBB 34)!!! We had a great time in Rome!!))

Amazing apartment exceeded our expectations. Great location, in a safe and quiet region of Rome, only 2 minutes away from nearest metro station, and some 5 minutes from Vatican, allowed us to not waste any time on needless travel, and has greatly enhanced our experience of Rome. Place is nice, cosy and very clean, and services provided were great and unintrusive, with massive breakfast being brought in exactly when we have left the apartment. Kind and welcoming owner gave us great recommendations on places and restaurants to visit, and advice on transport, was very easy to communicate with. Highly recommend this B&B to any visitors of Rome, as location, service and price give you unparalleled value for money.

Ottima localizzazione (tra l'altro molto vicino alla stazione metro) L'appartamento piccolo, ma grazioso. Le finestre si affaciano sul cortile, ma questo non ci dava nessun fastidio.Tranquillo, silenzioso, Un fascino del vecchio palazzo romano. Ci abbiamo trovato tutto quello che serve per un buon riposo dopo le lunghe passeggiate per la bellissima Roma. Signora Paola gentile e molto disponibile. Ci siamo trovati benissimo! Świetna lokalizacja (w tym bliskość stacji metra) Apartament mały ale przytulny. Okna wychodzą na podwórze - studnię, ale to nam nie przeszkadzało. Niepowtarzalny urok starej rzymskiej kamienicy. Wszystko co potrzebne, aby dobrze wypocząć po spacerach po przepięknym Rzymie. Cisza, spokój. Pani Paola bardzo miła i uprzejma, chętna do pomocy. Czuliśmy się tam wspaniale!

Very well located to do many parts of Rome on foot, and easy acces to metro. Ask the owner for the best restaurant- at Diny and Tony they serve superb Italian food. The room is tidy, the bathroom tiny but complete, aircon works well, it is quiet. Breakfast is pre-packed and not very attractive, but enough to have agood coffee and some energy to start visiting the city. Excellent stay, would do it again.

We had a very nice stay at RMBB32, which is only about a ten minutes' walk from the Vatican Museums and St. Peter's. The landlady was extremely helpful, making recommendations on where to get groceries, where to eat, public transports and anything else one might want to know. The apartment was blamelessly clean, the recently renovated bathroom a pleasure. Powerful air-conditionning and a refrigorator were a welcome support in the heat of July. The "9" in quality comes from the fact that the breakfast didn't completely fulfill all bed&breakfast expectations. But all in all it's a place to be recommended without hesitation.

Very chic and comfortable apartment. Good servicing, great to be met by Paola, who was most helpful. The apartment met our expectations. The studio is situated very close to Metro, shops and small restaurants (including Il Ciociaro, Dino and Toni, Compagnia del Pane...). St Peter Basilicum are about 5 min - 10 min walk. GREAT!

We had a lovely time here in this very stylefully decoratedl studio. The room is airy and has high ceiling. Windows on both sides, both viewing over an inner court yard. Very clean, well equipped. Modern bath room with shower, toilet/bidet and basin. The landlady was marvellous giving us lots of information about Rome, a map and offered help in case we needed any. Breakfast with croissants, fruit juice and biscuits and facility to make filter coffee. The studio is situated very close to Metro, shops and small restaurants. Vatican, St Peter Basilicum are about 5 min - 10 min walk. Metro connections are great. It was very good value for money and would definitely come back again!
