Квартира в Via Giuseppe Джульетти, тихом районе в 100 метрах от станции метро Piramide.

The appartement is well located, not too far from the city centre and main monuments. We all did it by walking with children. The beds were confortable, the appartement clean and with good equipement. The only negative point is the noise in the street in the nights but we could manage with it anyway. The qualitu and price are good. I will advise it for families and also friends.

Super accueil, appartement agréable, un des meilleurs quartiers pour séjourner, et je viens depuis 20 ans ! Et en plus les restaurants du quartier sont excellents. Je recommande vivement !

Buon appartamento. In poco spazio tutto l'indispensabile. Doccia un po' piccola e scomoda ma per il resto tutto molto funzionale. Ben tenuto. Noi eravamo in 4 e ci siamo trovati bene.

Appartement bien conçu et très propre pour héberger 6 personnes confortablement en lits doubles (4eme couchage moins confortable), bien équipé. Localisation proche du centre historique et à deux pas du métro. Accueil très sérieux et disponibilité de Marco appréciable. Climatisation dans la pièce principale. On peut juste regretter le manque de lumière dans la pièce principale et... les moustiques (en Août). Mais si vous passez plus de temps dehors que dedans le problème de la lumière du jour n'est pas très important et pour les moustiques, l'achat de prises anti-moustiques est largement suffisant.

O apartamento é muito agradável e bem localizado. A estação de metro é muito perto e há restaurantes e supermercado mesmo ao lado. Fomos muito bem recebidos e a estadia foi muito boa.

We were a family of 3 so there was a lot of space. The flat can have 8 people.THe kitchen is small but functional. The plus is where it is located...very close to Piramide station and no far from the main sightseeings. The neighbours are quiet and there are small restaurants around. I recommanded it.

Very easy connection to the Colosseo: metro, bus, tram, train, and even on foot (not too long). It is perfect if you want a place to stay with very easy access to the city touristic area. There is a supermarket just one street away - but the kitchen and table are quite small. And Marco, the owner, is very sympathic !

We stayed in the flat for 3 nights and were 2 adults and 1 child. The flat was well organised and good equiped and clean. The bed were in good state and the bathroom was clean.We are some restaurants around and a small supermarket nor far away. It is very central and 2minutes froms the underground Piramide. The main interesting point are very close. So I recommande it

Me and my family spent 3 nights here. The positioning is great. We have walked from the apartment to all our visiting targets, but public transportation was also 2 minutes away (bus, metro, trains). If you arrive from Fiumicino airport, getting to the apartment is extremely convenient(direct bus and train). Other airport could be just as easy to reach, but you have to check. The apartment was clean, though somewhat small and lacks privacy. There are 2 rooms, and in each room there are 2 double beds. The second bed in each room sits on top of the first bed, on a makeshift floor. We were 5 persons and found it comfortable enough. The only inconvenient was that it has only one bathroom. So mornings and evenings it could get a little be crowded waiting for everyone using the bathroom. The owner was very nice, punctual, he let us stay longer so we could make the best of our last day there.

It was an ok appartment, pleit in of the appartment was good. THE appartement was smal. And there was no balcony. Dont expect very mutch from THE appartment. If you want à sleeping spot in Rome it will serve your needs.

Um belo apartamento familiar, muito limpo com todas as condições necessárias passar um dias... a localização é boa, está perto da linha do metro, supermercado, etc... A melhorar - o chuveiro - no meio do banho quente sai água fria o que se torna desagradavel.

I and my family (5 people) stayed there for 3 nights. The apartment is very cute and comfortable. It has everything you need for a short stay in Rome. There is a very good super market in a close vicinity + a fruit and vegetable shop across the street. We would definitely stay there again!

Overall it is a really good apartment, specially considering the relation between price and quality. Rather small apartment, but has all the necessary facilities in kitchen and also hairdryer which is kind of important for women and even an iron. Apartment is really near to the pyramid itself and therefore very easily reachable from subway station. Only thing that when taking shower the water was not the hottest but rather just warm or even tepid, but still totally bearable. We also received lots of extra blankets and towels, so we were satisfied. Recommend!

We just returned from our holiday in Rome and we were over the moon !! This apartment was far behind our expectations as we hadn't expect such a good location, service, facility, etc. I would not recommend more than 6 people to stay there given the total size of the apartment. Plus the kitchen is really small so do not plan any "big cooking" and sitting around the table in the evenings. I have put 10 in each column regarding the fact that we really enjoyed our stay. I think this apartment is the best choice if you are looking for the combination of adequate price/privacy/quality/good located hostel. You will never find all these in a hostel. The only thing missing was the internet access. I hope I will be back some day !! Thanks

El apartamento está bien, recientemente restaurado, no ofrece ninguna intimidad, es un loft.El baño es demasiado pequeño y la cocina casi inexistente.El dueño es muy poco formal.Sin haber manifestado nada nos exigió 35€ a mayores porque nuestro vuelo llegaba a partir de las 22h.esto dos días antes de llegar a Roma Pidió que le llamáramos antes de llegar a Roma y no contestó al teléfono el día que le dije que le llamaba y a la hora que indicamos hasta la media noche, indicándome que no nos demorásemos en la llegada al apartamento para darnos las llaves.Una vez en el apartamento nos dijo que el solia exigir una fianza para desperfectos (lo cual no lo había indicado en ningún momento anterior), al final no se la tuvimos q dar. La ubicación del apartamento es muy buena está al lado de una boca de metro.

Nos recibe el dueño, amable, aunque de aspecto sucio y desaliñado. Por error de comprensión Español-italiano, llegamos a las 12 y él ha entendido a las 2. Nos muestra el apartamento y está hecho una cochambre. Nos dice que en una hora estará limpio y nos tememos lo peor.

Efectivamente, la suciedad del apartamento repugna. Apesta a humedad mezclado con tabaco. Los armarios de la cocina están pegajosos. El suelo no se ha fregado desde hace meses, tal vez años. Los edredones de las camas, mugrientos y pegajosos, despiden mal olor. Hay hormigas en la cocina. La alfombra de la entrada, al pisarla, emana una nube de polvo. Asqueroso.

Es la primera vez que viajábamos de aparamento y el Sr. ***** nos ha quitado las ganas de repetir.

Clear instructions so no problems finding it. Clean and comfortable accommodation. Surprised to find 4 double beds, we had thought there were at least some twins. Limited cooking facilities (ie no oven/grill) and space was tight, particularly for 8 people to have meals.Reference Code:

The directions to find it were good, key handover was easy, and we had a good time there.

The apartment had lots of stuff, leftover food and shampoo / soap which was ok, but some people would find several kilos of salt a bit weird.

There was not alot of space around the table, given it has space for 8 people to sleep. It would have been easier if we had kept the canape bed folded up.

There was no oven but the stove top gas cookers were good with good pots. Also a microwave and good sink.

A local map to find supermarkets would have helped, and there was no DVD player

Would recommend it to a large group as it was a good price per person.
